Welcome to Mindfulness To Change.

“What is man that you are mindful of him…Psalm 8:4

Why would the infinite Creator God of the heavens and the earth create man in His own image and set eternity in the heart of man? So that we may be changed into His likeness through the saving grace by faith in his Son, Jesus of Nazareth, and worship God in the present, here and now. Developing a Hebraic understanding of Hebraic wakefulness, covenantal awareness and attentiveness to this reality makes the abundant life in Christ possible, purposeful and empowered with a sense of direction. We cannot change what we do not know but as we journey through life as sojourners in the faith in the marketplace, there will be many instances when we will know and reflect on the words of the Patriarch Jacob when he awoke from his sleep:

“Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it.” Genesis 28:16

I SEE YOU
From death into life

“To whom do we go to seek answers that will quieten down our minds and still our hearts? Whom do we call when the light is turned off and darkness invades the whole inner being of our soul?”

Dr. Charles shares his personal journey from the deep labyrinth of the lostness of his soul to the redemptive awareness of the mindfulness of God. The pursuit to bring about a desired change to his life became a reality when Charles realised that we are ‘white-washed tombs” as "prisoners of sin" and only Jesus of Nazareth and the power of the Holy Spirit can roll away the tombstone and deliver us from death into life in Christ.

"Here I am". A response to a divine call that is hardest of the seven. An expression of absolute surrender, deep humility and trust to listen and readiness to serve.

02 · E

ETHICAL

A consciousness in Hebrew thought that refers to discipline and active shaping of one's inner character and response to a higher moral authority.

03 · B

BIBLICAL

A reverent attentiveness to all scripture which is God-breathed and rooted in the Hebrew bible for learning, teaching in righteousness for every good work.

04 · R

RELATIONAL

In Hebrew thought relates to being "set apart" in relationship to God as Lord of all life.

05 · A

AWARENESS

In the present moment. In the 'Here & Now' that God is eternally present in time.

06 · I

INHABIT

How to inhabit time? Finding hope in the future by reconciling with the past and trusting God's redemptive presence in the here and now.

07 · C

COVENANT

The foundation of the Hebrew scriptures is the covenantal relationship and bond between God and humanity. The core essence of covenant is expressed in the phrase: "I will be your God, and you will be My people."
